1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Circe Academy at circeacademy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Circe Academy, operated by Circe Academy, Haifa, Israel.

2. Description of Service

Circe Academy is an online educational platform offering academic courses in historical esoteric traditions, mythology, astrology, and occult history. Access to course content requires a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Circe Academy. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at admin@circeacademy.com.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Sanctuary requires a paid monthly subscription. Payment is processed by our third-party payment partner, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency selected at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are strictly final. Because Circe Academy provides immediate access to proprietary digital content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any subscription charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellations must be made prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Sanctuary until the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Circe Academy, including but not limited to audio lectures, transcripts, written materials, course structure, and design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Circe Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any content without prior written permission.

Subscribers may download lesson audio, PDFs, and other lesson assets solely for personal, non-commercial use during an active subscription. This license does not extend beyond the subscriber's own individual study and does not survive cancellation of the subscription with respect to any future content. Redistribution, republishing, resale, or public sharing of any lesson content, in original or modified form, remains strictly prohibited as stated above and in Section 9.

8. The Digital Grimoire

Grimoire entries, personal reflections, and notes are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your Grimoire data. Circe Academy accepts no liability for loss of locally stored data.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to share your account credentials with others, attempt to circumvent payment or access controls, scrape or reproduce course content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Circe Academy is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content. Course content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circe Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any formal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Haifa, Israel.
